- Staff Management
- Supervise and manage security guard staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Facilitate hiring processes for new guards, ensuring open availability for all shifts
- Maintain staffing levels to ensure coverage of all posts using flex guard staff as needed
- Manage and approve time cards for security staff
- Scheduling Oversight
- Oversee and manage scheduling using TrackTik software
- Ensure all shifts are adequately covered and manage any scheduling conflicts or changes
- Coordinate with flex guards to fill gaps in the schedule
- Training Initiatives
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for security staff
- Ensure all staff are up-to-date with required certifications and training
- Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staff performance and service quality
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their security needs are met
- Technology Utilization
- Use a variety of technologies and software, including TrackTik, to manage operations efficiently
- Ensure staff are trained in the use of relevant technologies and systems
- Proven experience in a security management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in using TrackTik and other scheduling or security management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make sound decisions quickly
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management
- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and client relations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- May require occasional travel to various sites and client locations
