Order Processing Coordinator is responsible for liaising with customers, documents, and process orders daily. Individual will be ultimately responsible for the accuracy of order information and on time order processing.
Specific Job Function:
- Independently handle order processing procedures and related tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for order processing administrative support work which includes P.O download, print shipping labels, invoice conversion in QB (Quick Book), and invoice submit, etc.
- Inspect all shipping documents for orders including packing list, shipping label, flyer, and invoice to meet channel shipping requirements.
- Work as order processing information center to communicate and follow up with related departments.
- Follow up with shipments and coordinate with any shipment issues accordingly.
- Report to management regarding any abnormal issues and high fraud hazards orders in time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1 year of previous order processing experience is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Office software
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
