Who we are: Advanced Radiology Services is one of the largest physician-owned radiology practices in the country. Our growing practice includes 214 radiologists, 44 advanced practice providers, and more than 200 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. What we do: ARS is the exclusive radiology provider to Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. Bronson is a 415 bed, non-profit teaching hospital that serves a 9-county region in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana. Bronson has been a Level I Trauma Center since 1989 and ranked by Healthgrades among the top two percent of hospitals in the nation for overall clinical excellence.
What we are looking for: We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work with our onsite Radiologists. This is a Monday through Friday 8 hour day shift position, with evening/weekend rotation shared amongst the team. This position will share travel to our other SW MI sites as well.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various procedures to include but not limited to GI/GU fluoro procedures, lumbar punctures/myelograms, VP shunt and various pump evaluation procedures, as well as arthrocentesis, under the guidance of an attending Radiologist; Patient population includes pediatric to geriatric
- Provide IR directed patient care including pre- and post-procedural evaluations and consults in a hospital environment
- Collaborate with ancillary services to provide comprehensive patient care
- Accurately and efficiently document in the EMR system
- Provide occasional weekend and call coverage as well as travel to other ARS sites of operation

Requirements
