Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management :
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts and amendments.
- Track contract lifecycle milestones to ensure timely renewals or closures.
- Purchase Orders (POs) :
- Process and track purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administrative Support :
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and POs in the internal systems.
- Generate reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Communication and Coordination :
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and other project-related activities as needed.
- Compliance :
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
