About us :
We're in search of a physical therapist to add to our AMAZING team. The current position is for a PT who is interested in an opportunity to join with us in our Layton Utah location.
Mentorship / guidance is provided as needed, but not required if you're the right fit! We are a spinal clinic with a relaxed atmosphere and a focus on quality treatment, diagnosis, and manual therapy.
Essential Job Functions :
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment.
- Perform initial evaluations and establish treatment plans with functional goals.
- Supervise staff members including physical therapy assistants and physical therapy techs.
- Establish and continue effective communication with patients and collateral supports.
- Complete accurate and thorough reports and documentation in required time frames.
- Coordinate care among other professionals involved in patient / client care, such as MDs, specialists, imaging, lawyers, etc.., to provide quality, cost effective care.
- Utilize motivational techniques to retain and support patients, referral sources and staff.
- Resource management and organizational skills.
- Maintain proper privacy and confidentiality guidelines according to HIPPA guidelines.
