The Staffing Coordinator onsite is responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations. This role manages employee onboarding, maintains accurate staffing records, fills open shifts, and serves as a point of contact for employees and management while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term staffing schedules
*Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
*Fill open shifts and manage call-offs and coverage needs
*Maintain employee records, timekeeping, and attendance
*Communicate staffing needs with managers and team members
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
