What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Specialist position at Advanced Technology?

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company’s code of ethics.
- Comply & Ensure Compliance with the companies processes and policies
- Investigate chronic invoicing issues; resolve at the root cause to maintain on-time and accurate payments to the suppliers.
- Support special projects within the business as needed.
- Review contractual agreements and supplier compliance.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, terms of business, and final pricing.
- Audit of Supplier data as requested.
- Maintain data integrity in Coupa.
- Administer Sourcing Events for Assigned site and issued purchase orders.
- Assist Category Team as required.
Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent professional writing skills
- Great organizational skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong skills in managing time & tasks to completion
Notes:
Will provide indirect support for composite fabrication facility in California, but based in Indianapolis
They are Monday through Friday, but only Thursday and Friday are in the office IN Indiana.
Hours are typically 8-5, but because support for CA site, sometimes need to flex it to a little later to help the supported location.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
