Qualifications:
Advantage Care Health Center is currently seeking a part-time licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed Master of Social Work interested providing individual therapy. The licensed provider treats assigned clients according to a variety of therapeutic methods.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide weekly individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with a range of intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and mental illness.- Develop diagnostic formulation, treatment recommendations in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with other disciplines to achieve coordination of care.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation.
- Attend team meetings regarding clinical concerns and individualized treatment.
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMSW, or Licensed Psychologist required
- Preferably 1 year experience supporting children and adults with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
