Description
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our HR team as a Seasonal HR Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to support day-to-day HR operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer the front door in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with the check-in and onboarding process for temporary associates
- Scan, file, and organize documents
- Distribute incoming mail and packages
- Occasionally drive between nearby company locations (within 1 mile) to deliver or pick up documents and supplies
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good judgment and the ability to follow directions
- Prior office experience required
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required
- HR experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Additional Information:
- Must be available to work on-site at our Valencia, CA office
- This is a seasonal position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements
