What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver - Water Hauling position at Advantage Oilfield Services LLC?
General Description:
Job consists of loading and hauling production water from well sites to various disposal locations. Driver will need to be able to drive in various changing road conditions and weather conditions. Need a Class A CDL, and be able to pass a DOT Drug Test, and a background check.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a semi-truck with tanker
• Load / unload fresh/production water
• Driving trucks over a variety of terrains
• Climbing in and out, and off equipment
• Daily inspection of equipment and equipment maintenance
• Being a customer service representative for internal and external clients
• Check all fluid levels, grease equipment, and perform any other checks to complete a daily walk around inspection required by DOT and complete and turn in required forms daily
• Haul any material necessary for jobs either internal or external
• Follow all safety guidelines at all times
• Perform any labor work deemed necessary by the operations manager or trucking supervisor.
• Fill out time cards daily including customer, lease, hours, and job information.
• Ensure that any truck driven is maintained according to company policy (pre-trips, housekeeping, reporting of malfunctions)
• Drive trucks only within your class endorsements
Critical Demands of Job:
• Manipulate bilateral controls to operate machinery
• Lift a variety of heavy objects on and off trucks and equipment
• Perform multiple tasks requiring sustained twisting and turning of the spine while driving and manipulating controls.
Job Qualifications:
REQUIRED
• Class A CDL with tanker & air brake endoresements
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug & alcohol screen and background check
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical card
PREFERRED
• Previous oilfield driving experience
