Advantage Security, Inc. (ASI) has provided both security and customer service to its clients for over 30 years in the Denver and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for full-time Vehicle Patrol officers in the Denver area.
Shift:
1. City North
Sunday and Monday 730PM to 5AM, Friday 11PM to 7AM, Saturday 7PM to 7AM
2. City South
Sunday and Mondays 730PM to 5AM, Wednesdays 11PM to 7AM, Thursdays 11PM to 7AM, and Fridays 6PM to 7AM.

Duties for a Security Officer:
Security Officers with ASI are accountable for monitoring and controlling the access of employees, visitors, and contractors to various client-owned buildings, as well as advising and escorting some individuals into spaces. Officers will be required to maintain security records and reports during their shifts. Other responsibilities, of our security officers, include; the protection of property, the protection against security threats, the avoidance of hazardous situations, and preserving order at designated properties.
Basic Requirements for a Security Officer:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- US citizenship or possess the right to work permit
- Ability to pass a drug screen test and background check to include THC
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
- Ability to obtain a merchant guard license
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
- Valid Colorado Driver License
- Clean Driving Record
Desired Skills for a Security Officer:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous security, military, and/or law enforcement experience a plus but not required
- Detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Ability to remain calm and focused
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
