Responsibilities
- Write grants, RFP Proposals, and monitor reportable for such grants.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funding organizations.
- Manage administrative tasks related to program operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff and volunteers involved in program delivery, providing guidance and support as needed.
Skills
- Strong management skills with experience in supervising teams and overseeing Grant and Treatment operations.
- Excellent relationship management skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and community partners.
- Administrative experience that includes managing documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in budgeting practices related to non-profit program management.
- Be a member of a great team while being in management of other teams.
Specific Role Benefits
- Mostly Remote work, may be required to travel to rural Colorado sites occasionally and to statewide conferences (paid by company).
- Flexible, Overtime Exempt work
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
