Job Title: Product Manager, eCommerce Products
Location(s): Cincinnati, OH - Onsite
Compensation: $60,000 - $82,000 – Salaried (Exempt)
About this position:
Advantech is on the search for a Product Manager who will support our eCommerce business strategy, development, and continuous optimization of our eCommerce platform, meanwhile also support our eCommerce Channel partners for product onboard strategy, managing onboard process and working with partners to promote our products. This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital shopping experience, driving online revenue, and aligning platform capabilities with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of eCommerce technologies, user behavior, and product management principles. You will collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Strategy for Advantech eCommerce platform and eCommerce Channels
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Product Onboard Process Define/Review/Management for eCommerce Salesforce
- Pricing Management on eCommerce Salesforce
- Product data Integrity improvement while data exchange on ecommerce platform
- Track and analyze KPIs, including conversion rates, cart abandonment, and revenue growth.
- Use data insights to inform product decisions and A/B testing strategies.
- Regularly report on platform performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct product promotion plan though Advantech eCommerce platform and eCommerce Channels
- Align with marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Inventory strategy for Products involved in eCommerce Salesforce
- Discuss with online salesforce for goal and expectation to grows revenue
- Digital platform data exchange (between external partners and Advantech), Work with IT to solve issues if any.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Business management, eCommerce business or relevant.
- Experience with business development and demand creation.
- Experience with IOT applications and relevant project management.
- Knowledgeable of Edge Computing, Networking Topology, Wireless communication, and Edge connectivity, Sensors.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Strong business planning and execution skills, strong presentation skills
- Cross functional communication.
