What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Advantest?
This position is for Essai Test Solutions, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Advantest America, Inc. located in Fremont, CA, Chandler, AZ and Phoenix, AZ.
This position is a DAY SHIFT 6:00AM - 2:30PM
- Operate and control process on all products produced on Essai's CNC Machines.
- Responsible for executing production plan according to manufacturing schedule and work instructions.
- Responsible for controlling quality of product according to inspection Plan and maintaining quality records.
- Maintains and performs daily preventive machine maintenance and supplies all machine related needs.
- Trouble shoot and solve minor problems and issues. Conduct minor root cause analysis.
- Conformance to company's ISO directives, NDA and company policies.
- Completion of any related or un-related tasks assigned by Management.
