We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity located in Costa Mesa. Position will be working onsite and Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Will be responsible for handling the monthly journal entries
- Reconciliation of the GL and balance sheet accounts
- Responsible for the month-end close duties
- Assist with preparing the monthly financial statements
- Research and perform analysis of the GL accounts
- Assist with the year-end audits
Requirements for the Staff Accountant:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is required
- 2 years of hands on accounting experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup and pivot functions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- MS Dynamics/Great Plains is a plus or any large ERP system experience
