We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with high-volume AP experience and strong knowledge of the P-Card expense process for a direct hire opportunity located in San Dimas.
This will be a hybrid opportunity, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Hot Buttons : Must have high-volume AP processing experience, P-Card expenses / transaction experience and strong AP monthly close process.
Pay $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist :
- Experience working in a high-volume AP environment handling the 2 / 3-way matching of invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciliations of the purchase orders and ensure adherence to the payment terms
- Responsible for the monthly journal entries, accruals and monthly close process
- Matching of invoices, reconcile statements on price, quantities, freight charges, discounts and approvals
- Oversee the P-Card process including onboarding and off boarding employees and handling all administration
- Handle the vendor management, research and discrepancies
- Handle the weekly check runs for all subsidiaries
- Responsible for the vendor accruals analysis
- Sales and use tax filings and 1099 filings
- Ensure compliance with the SOX and company guidelines
Requirements for the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist :
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
