Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain modules and integration with MES systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Oracle SCM processes to support, enhance, and optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), and Configure-to-Order (CTO).
- Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle EBS components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Integrate and support multiple MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) environments.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SCM processes.
- Support end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant in SCM modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with Inventory, WIP, CTO, and related SCM setups.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with MES or shop-floor systems.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
- Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) flows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM or transition projects is a plus.
