What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Now HRSD Architect position at Advent Global Solutions?
Role Description:
- Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives.
- Lead end to end design solution architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules specifically HRSD.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows, case management, knowledge management, employee lifecycle and service delivery processes.
- Provide architectural governance, ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements.
- Guide development teams (onsite offshore) with best practices, coding standards and design patterns.
- Lead integration design with enterprise systems HRIS, Identity Management, ERP platforms etc.
- Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements.
- Own creation of technical documentation| architecture diagrams and data models.
- Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building.
- Participate in roadmap planning, platform upgrades and ServiceNow release management.
