The role you'll contribute:

Reporting to the Manager of Guest Services, the Front Desk/Concierge engages in the activities of the front desk to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members; patients and guests.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Welcomes and greets members in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Answers incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and customer service related manner; takes messages or directs calls as appropriate. Calls are answered based on the customer service guidelines of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel.
• Enhance experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services. Represents the Hospital appropriately to all audiences in a way that reflects well on the Hospitals reputation and image.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

• Equivalent of four (4) years of high school.
• Customer service experience required.
• Computer experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry.
