We're looking for someone to join our team as a Supervisor, Patient Financial Services who:
- Monitor associate's productivity and quality of billing/follow-up efforts and document. Coach associates on areas of opportunity including performance and behaviors. Subject matter expert on area they are overseeing. Review/resolve encounter escalations. Open IT support tickets for issues impacting associate's workflow.

You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or health finance administration or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
Work Experience:
- Five years patient financial services, business or medical revenue cycle department experience: Preferred
- One year leadership experience: Preferred
Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association: Preferred
