What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Consultant position at Adverity?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to help onboard our customers to the Adverity platform. In this role, you will be the go-to person for our customers, helping them seamlessly onboard, ensuring smooth integration, clear communication, and personalized training to unleash the full power of Adverity.
This is a full-time position where you can work in a hybrid model in New York, visiting our office at Rockefeller Plaza once a week.
Some of the things you’ll work on:- Act as a trusted partner and product expert for customers seeking technical support in achieving their short and/or long-term platform goals.
- Independently manage customer onboarding, ensuring thorough understanding of their requirements to advise on best practice utilization aligned with their business strategy.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of customers, overseeing project goals, timelines, communication, and deliverables.
- Conduct customer training sessions to enhance platform adoption and retention.
- Gather product feedback from customers to influence the product roadmap and enhance customer satisfaction, while also supporting the Account Management team with upsell opportunities through leading technical product demos.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer success, implementation, or professional services at a SaaS company or in a Media agency.
- Strong IT affinity and experience with Rest APIs in a SaaS environment.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment, adept at both teamwork and independent work.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset; customer orientation, teamwork, organizational, communication, effective time management skills.

For this role we offer a base salary range of $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus commission.In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
