AdviniaCare is looking for a skilled and highly motivated PCA to join its talented staff at its Northbridge facility in Northbridge, MA.
We are looking for 7-3 Full Time, 3-11 Full Time, as well as Part Time and Per Diem workers as well.
Weekend shifts available as well.
Full-time, Part-time, and per diem positions available.
Must have a valid Massachusetts required certification/license.
Candidate should be an enthusiastic team player and reliable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
A person who has completed full personal care training and is reliable and confident in taking full personal care of client in a facility or their own residence. There duties may include mobility support, assisting with maintaining personal hygiene by bathing, brushing their hair and teeth, or applying skincare. They are a vital piece of great in-home care, and they serve a double duty as emotional and physical support for both clients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be qualified in one of the following programs: Certified Nurse’s Aide Program or Home Health Aide Program or must have completed a 54-hour training program as a PCA provider.
- Completion of the facility’s Alzheimer Training Course.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work for extended period while standing and being involved in physical activity.
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting, and standing on a regular basis.
- Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
Salary : $32,700 - $41,400
