Essential Functions

- Administrative support performing tasks, such as daily lockbox correspondence reconciliation.
- Research correspondence to accurately match to applicable patient accounts.
- Forward correspondence, attach to patients’ record, and/or notify proper entities based on the nature of the correspondence.
- Responsible for timely handoff correspondence to Advocare RCM and eCW-RCM.
- Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data as needed.
- Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary.
- Communicate all system, site, and other issues to the RCM Supervisor on a timely basis to allow management oversight and proper resource planning
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Make recommendations for efficiencies, processes, etc. which will deliver quality, cost savings, and/or profitability improvements within the department and/or across the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is primarily remote but will require the employee to be in the Marlton Home Office on occasion.

No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
