Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Kenosha, WI. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows while maintaining high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing operational processes, implementing improvements, and resolving issues promptly. This role also involves coordinating team communications, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization
- Sharp Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication Skills to coordinate with staff, stakeholders, and leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site healthcare environment
- Experience in the healthcare or a similarly regulated industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and reporting systems
