Advocate Healthcare of East Boston, a 4 star 134 bed SNF seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing/ Staff Development Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. This is position will be responsible for education, infection control and quality improvement. He or she will work alongside the Director of Nursing to implement policies and procedures. Continual education and team support, as well as an above average staffing ratios are examples of the clinical support provided to all our team members.
