Full Time Employees (30 hours /week) are eligible for:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will:

• Deliver person-centered care for each individual, honoring the person’s right of individual choice and self-expression;
• Support people who experience life with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
• Maintain and promote positive living and working environments;
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with individuals supported, family members, medical professionals, coworkers, community members and in documentation.

Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Be dependable and punctual;
• Be able to lift, transfer, push/pull, maneuver and reposition 50 lbs;
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Be able to prepare written reports via computer using proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar;
• Have documentation of a COVID-19 vaccination or Exception Form.
