What are the responsibilities and job description for the DELIVERY DRIVER position at Aegis Chemical Solutions?
Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for a Chemical Delivery Driver for well servicing operations in our Cuero, TX region. CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with HAZMAT and TANKER endorsement is required. Previous Chemical Delivery Driving experience is a plus. All applicants MUST have a clean driving record.
Description:
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for (including but not limited to):
- Hauling chemicals from the Aegis warehouse facility to customer locations
- Chemical treating of all scheduled wells and locations on a regular basis
- Marking treated wells completed on field ticketing software
- Keep up with DOT documentation/logs
- Understand container labeling and associated product hazards
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform routine servicing and inspection of truck equipment and supplies
- Handle special projects as needed
Qualifications:
All candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) is a must.
