Primary Duties- Oversee the daily functionality and coordination of the maintenance staff.
- Perform inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety standards.
- Design preventive maintenance strategies to reduce disruptions.
- Administer maintenance budgets, ensuring prudent spending.
- Mentor your team to cultivate skills and advance their career paths.
- Quickly respond to crisis maintenance needs.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules congenially with other departments.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and evaluations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with technical education a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management roles.
- In-depth understanding of safety and maintenance procedures.
- Robust leadership and team-building abilities.
- Communicative and capable of effective interpersonal interactions.
- Aptitude for problem-solving under pressure.
- Comfortable with using technology for maintenance management.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and on as-needed basis.
Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage Manufacturing
- Experience with 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
- Supervisory Experience Required
Technical Tools:
- Familiar with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs
