Aegis Worldwide is looking for an HRIS and Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the way in optimizing our HR systems, driving data integrity, and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, guide HR technology projects, and mentor a talented HRIS team, all while making a measurable impact on how HR supports the business.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the super user and project lead for HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth integration and top performance.
- Lead payroll processing for bargaining unit employees, keeping everything compliant and accurate.
- Build and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports that highlight trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership teams to enhance processes and system efficiency.
- Manage HR projects from start to finish, delivering on time and aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and guide an HRIS team to deliver exceptional customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain rock-solid data integrity across HR systems to enable accurate reporting and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years’ experience with HRIS platforms (Workforce Now ADP & Workforce Management preferred).
- Strong background in HR leadership, analytics, and project management.
- Skilled at building dashboards, KPIs, and turning workforce data into clear action plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support projects and training at other sites.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
