Number of Beds: 42

Number of Staff: 80 nursing FTEs

Day Shift: 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (5-6 RNs daily), 2-3 CNAs

Night Shift: Same staffing as day shift

Patient Ratios: 5-6:1

Equipment: Welch Allyn vital monitors, basic nursing equipment

EMR: Meditech

Hiring Profile

Required Skills: BLS, Med-Surg skills

Preferred: CRRN, prior rehab experience

Typical Procedures: IVs, Foley catheters, PVRs, bladder/bowel programs, EKGs, blood glucose testing
