JOB SUMMARY
This role will lead the company’s development and implementation of commercial offerings. The role will also identify and pursue opportunities to expand offerings within the market. This role will help AerCap Materials grow by identifying and executing on opportunities outside the core business of selling airframe parts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement product offerings that drive annuity revenue generation to include leasing, product distribution, planning and others as identified by the individual and by the business
- Develop and grow strategic alliances relationships/agreements with new or existing customer base
- Collaborate with pertinent partners on go-to-market deals
- Partner with commercial leadership to prioritize and align growth priorities; support design of annual key account growth playbook; customize existing solutions to meet/exceed customer needs and requirements
- Lead the deal approval process for identified products to include due diligence, team coordination, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and deal communications (internal and external)
- Sustain a thorough understanding of core markets, dynamics and adjacencies including competitive environment and position to identify developing market/industry opportunities; partner with inventory management, purchasing department, and commercial leadership to act on recommendations and insights
- Preparation of periodic reporting on sales volume, opportunities and areas of proposed customer base expansion
- Deliver in-person presentations to customer showcasing full product suite
- Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability; make continuous improvements; monitor Company quality levels and owns & acts on quality problems utilizing The Quality Management System.
- Customer visit travel expectations: 3 visits per quarter (conferences not included)
JOB REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Educational/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 4 years of experience in the aviation industry OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Experience working with MS Office suite, including MS Word, PowerPoint;, Excel
- Experience conducting presentations and facilitating business objectives
- Ability to travel as needed and to handle other duties as assigned
- Existing customer relationships in region preferred
