Summary The Financial Analysis will be responsible for developing the annual budget and support the associated analysis.  Prepare pricing and models to evaluate current and new business opportunities.   Supports management with ad hoc reporting.  Support the accounting department with special projects, reports and audits.   Specific Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work with department managers to accumulate and assemble the annual budget and participate in analysis. Monthly actual vs budget reporting. Cash forecasting and weekly reporting Support annual government service reporting. Wage and hour analysis by cost center and contract. Collaborate with Accounting and Payroll to improve reporting and automation. Create financial models for pricing strategy and new lines of business or customers. Special projects and analysis reporting. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned.   Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional ability to communicate and convey information, inter/ intradepartmental, via multiple mediums. Proactive ability and desire to problem solve in a dynamic environment. Superior customer relationship management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.   Education and Experience Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Two years progressive analyst experience.   Preferred Education and Experience Five years of directly related financial analyst experience.   Competencies Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to accurately perform & prioritize multiple tasks within deadlines. Independent, flexible, and self-starting. Expert proficiency in in financial modeling and use of data. Positive attitude and desire to work as a team. Ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level. General knowledge of Accounting principles. Exceptional attention to detail   Supervisory Responsibility None. Work Environment This job operates in an office and hangar environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners. The noise level in the work environment is usually at a typical office level and while in the hangar with frequent periods of moderately loud noises. Exposure to industrial chemical smells, fragrances, animals, etc. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.   The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular exposure to a hangar environment with walking/traversing hazards, uneven surfaces and stairs.   Job Abilities Move, traverse - Must be able to move about inside office, hangar with frequent trip/fall and overhead hazards. Ascend/Descend, Traverse - Occasionally ascends/descends ladders, platforms and work stands. Position self (to), Move - Constantly positions self in work environment. Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express self, Exchange information - Must be able to frequently communicate accurate information. Balancing – Must be able to manage equilibrium while traversing across office and hangar, and occasionally ascending/descending ladders.   Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm but will vary based upon business needs. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.   Travel Occasional travel, primarily local during the business day.   Work Authorization/Security Clearance SIDA Badge Valid Passport

Salary : $62,000 - $82,000
