Location: Asheville, NC - Must be able to come into the Asheville office for first 90 days, then has the ability to be fully remote.

Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is typically responsible for:
- Provide customer service to, primarily, newly diagnosed Sleep Apnea patients.
- You will provide support through phone call availability and email communication with patients.
- The content of phone calls consists of helping patients understand the process of obtaining a new CPAP machine, scheduling CPAP delivery and setup, reviewing insurance requirements and billing, and troubleshooting basic CPAP machine and therapy issues.
- You must be comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
- Meet daily inbound phone goals, including number of calls taken, talk time, and abandoned call rate.
- Respond to return phone call requests in a timely manner. Continue to grow and learn cross-departmental functions to better assist patients
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in a customer service related field
Starting pay of $18/hr
