Job Summary:
Perform
assembly, disassembly, cleaning and repairing of valves, motors, and blowers in
a safe, effective and efficient manner in order to deliver a quality product to
our customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of valves, motors, and
- Perform analysis to trouble-shoot and ascertain failure causes
- Setup and perform tests for functional acceptance
- Perform maintenance in accordance with technical information
- Comply with all Safety requirements of the position and the facility.
- Follow the policies outlined in the Employee handbook and the posted Work
- Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications:
Required
· Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Good written and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Highly disciplined problem solver with a strong work history and
- Proven ability to work independently with self-motivation to improve
- Basic shop math skills are necessary so that essential calculations may
- The flexibility to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, as dictated by
Preferred
- Experience with light aerospace equipment maintenance
- Prior exposure to aerospace requirements and practices
- Background in testing using pneumatic gauges and electrical test

Tools / Equipment:
- Powered and hand tools to perform the function of product assembly. Some hand tools may have vibration.
