- The Assessment Nurse (RN) conducts in-home assessments and develops care plans.
- The RN evaluates the effectiveness of care plans and adjusts as needed.
- The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Location: [Manhattan/Queens/Suffolk/Nassau]
- Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per assessment
- Expected Hours: Flexible, based on client needs
- Work Setting: On the road, visiting clients’ homes
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY (Required)
- Ability to travel to clients' homes in [Manhattan/Queens/Suffolk/Nassau]
