A modern, multi-specialty practice in Midtown Manhattan offering general, restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, and surgical care - all under one roof.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8AM-6PM
- Friday: 8AM-2PM
Your Role as a Dental Assistant
- Welcome patients and create a positive, professional environment
- Prepare and sanitize exam rooms, instruments, and materials
- Assist chairside during a wide range of dental procedures
- Take and process radiographs
- Support the team with study casts, removable appliances, and lab tasks
- Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and equipment maintenance
- Track inventory and anticipate supply needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred)
- Current NY DA license or DANB CDA, ICE & RHS certifications (per state requirements)
- CPR certification (required)
- At least 2 years of dental office experience (required)
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused with strong communication skills
