Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and implementation plans to grow market share and reputation in the CT Cannabis Market. Works in close collaboration with the Creative Team & Affinity Dispensary Operations to develop ”on-brand” consistent strategy and action plans.
· Collaborates with retail and wholesale to successfully execute our sales and marketing strategy for existing and new products / SKUs
· Identifies, evaluates, & activates locally relevant event, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities
· Demonstrates an effective understanding of sales, marketing, project management, advertising, and promotional activities to create, launch, and track performance of new products and campaigns
· Supports a popup sales table to engage with customers and patients during peak hours of operation
· Ensures enforcement of brand guidelines through the line, driving consistent messaging across all channels
· Works with Creative Director and retail operations team to create consistent field marketing campaigns and events
· Follow Connecticut Cannabis Advertising Regulations
· Analyzes products, services offerings and the approach of key competitors and market leaders, and leverages the insights gained to communicate key points of differentiation for products and services to our dispensary customers & partners.
· Act as a brand ambassador, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency across all marketing projects and communication channels.
· Supports the launch of Social Media campaigns/ collaborates with team to post regularly on all platforms.
· Tracks, trends, and reports sales data for analysis.
· Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Management or related field
· Proven track record of success in sales, while working collaboratively with the marketing and creative roles with emphasis in social media
· 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales is preferred
· Experience managing multiple priorities, while consistently delivering results on time and within budget
· Ability to pass a background check
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Highly skilled and knowledgeable about social medial platforms, digital marketing and engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
