Affirma is a technical consulting company located in Bellevue. We are rapidly growing and increasing the Staffing arm of Affirma. This position will handle direct sourcing for candidates and drive talent acquisition for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities include:
• Salesforce configuration and resolution of common user problems
• Trains users and orients them on how to use basic Salesforce functionality
• Develops and maintains support documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned including data cleanup
• Participate in and support internal technology development and system integration efforts as a Force.com subject matter experts
• Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to support additional business processes or functions
• Proactively solicit feedback and requirements from a large, diverse user group spanning multiple departments throughout the organization
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and the change control process
• Create and manage system configuration specifications, training manuals, and other internal system documentation
• Maintain users, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Technical understanding of basic systems architecture and networking
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills- Creative thinker, open to idea exploration with strong problem solving abilities
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (i.e. Agile Scrum )
Required Skills and Experience:
• 0-2 years of strong hands-on Salesforce development and implementation required
• Computer Science or Technical Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent technical experience
• General software development experience
• Basic familiarity with Salesforce APEX, Objects, and Triggers
• Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks such as creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events
• Experience designing custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements
• Data management skills, including advanced Excel
• Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, detail oriented, ability to take ownership of the work assigned, and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
• Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
• Independently driven to learn new applications, technologies, and skills
• Salesforce certification a plus (i.e. ADM201, Platform Developer)
