- Per diem
- Long-hour daytime and overnight cases
- Cases available to start immediately
- $20.00/hour competitive pay

- Monitor and report changes in client condition promptly
- Active New York State HHA certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or facility care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Authorization to work in the U.S
- Two professional references
- Recent physical and PPD (Quantiferon preferred)
- Strong communication skills and compassionate, dependable care
