Treatment Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Treatment Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate should have current RADT certification, CPR/First Aid, current TB results, and health screening. Valid CA Drivers license, Experience working in SUD treatment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with SUD, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assisting with medication observation.
• Engage with clients, giving support when needed.
• facilitate and document groups.
• Monitor clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to SUD operations education and effective communication strategies.

Skills

• Strong understanding of working with individuals SUD..
• Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience working in SUD a plus but will train.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate approach towards individuals struggling with SUD.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
