Office Assistant
AG Adult Foster Care is seeking a positive and customer service-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate selected for this Office Assistant position will primarily support the office with administrative projects, as well as managing the front desk and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a Bachelor's degree and previous office experience preferable " Adult Foster Care or Medical Field". Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate destination
- Accepting and distributing incoming mail
- Greeting visitors as they arrive to the office
- Tracking the inventory of office supplies and placing orders when needed
- Preparing materials and setting up for internal meetings
- Completing all tasks assigned by the Office Manager
- Communicating with Medical Office and follow up documentations
- Completing Members File and Records
- Pro Active and Team Oriented Mentality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least one year of experience in an office environment
- Complete Microsoft Office proficiency
- Professional phone skills
- Able to handle confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferable
