Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group.

• Evaluate patients and create care plans that prioritize their unique needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Serve as a driver of the care team, ensuring every patient receives high-quality care.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A heart to serve patients and families.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice.
• Reliable transportation.
• The ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
