Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Assist the General Manager in leading a dynamic team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Provide mentorship, support, and training to ensure the team is consistently providing excellent service and quality.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Monitor inventory, manage schedules, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Address guest concerns, manage feedback, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and inventory levels to meet financial goals.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures and health codes are followed, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to perform at their best.
General Team Member Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner to provide an excellent dining experience.
- Follow Food Safety Standards: Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures are followed during daily operations.
- Team Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of shifts, ensuring all roles are covered and the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, with occasional lifting ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant.
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to motivate, train, and lead a diverse team.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think quickly and solve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure everything is running smoothly.
- Flexibility and Availability: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
