\n- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our software solutions.
- Serve as the product and technical expert during remote and onsite product demonstrations to strategic prospects.
- Articulate and demonstrate solutions, influence customer's technical requirements, and position our products as best-in-class market leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by aligning our product capabilities with their unique business needs and challenges.
- Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to understand the prospect’s needs, key pain points, and win themes prior to product demonstrations.
- Answer business and technical questions for prospects while demonstrating the benefits of the platform.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader and subject matter expert onthe latest product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights and direct feedback to the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Product Marketing teams on industry changes and customer requirements to support and develop company strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a liaison between Product and Sales to ensure effective and efficient transfer of requirements.
- 5 years of proven experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consultant role in the software industry, preferably with B2B or B2G enterprise SaaS products with a specific industry or sector focus.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.).
- Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in developing customized pricing models and proposals.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
