As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for AT&T’s customers. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality customer service while supporting sales initiatives and promoting AT&T’s wide range of products and services. You will actively engage with customers, listen to their needs, offer tailored solutions, and clearly explain service features and benefits. Your ability to increase sales while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success.
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for AT&T customers delivering responsive customer service and personalized sales support.
- Clearly explain AT&T’s wireless and internet service options to help customers make informed decisions and drive product and service sales.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, diagnose issues effectively, and provide empathetic, solution-focused customer service.
- Educate customers on product features, service packages, and promotions to enhance their experience and support sales goals.
- Manage account updates, billing inquiries, and service modifications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth customer service process.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally, aiming for quick, positive outcomes that reflect a high standard of customer care and sales integrity.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all customer service and sales interactions using internal CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on the latest service offerings, product features, and best practices in customer service and sales to consistently meet performance targets.
- Meet or exceed key benchmarks related to customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and service quality.
