Ageless Living Home Health is seeking full time and part time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. Essential Responsibilities:
Schedule with families, plan activities and provide therapy services while following POC.
- Record type of treatment and patient's reaction to treatment on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly.
- Be supervised weekly and follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by your respective state board.
- Perform in person and telehealth visits with company platform when necessary.
Qualifications:
- COTA- A minimum of 2 yr. Associates Degree, licensure or certification by the state of Texas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
