Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase sales volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations to customers to promote our products or services
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage sales pipeline, track sales performance, and provide regular sales reports to management
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective sales strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and achievement of targets
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce.com
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
