As a Regional Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for idenifying, recruiting and serving insurance agents and agencies and helping them create and implement growth plans. You will work closely with departmental and company leadership to provide valuable support and we will offer guidance and mentorship that will help you build a lasting career.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Embraces our core values of Family, Respect, Service, Partnership, and Integrity
- Initiates relationships with potential insurance agents and agencies, generating leads and onboarding new agent contracts
- Uses company provided technology to make outbound calls, field inbound calls, and pitch new products and opportunities to potential agents and agencies
- Attends and participates in team and departmental meetings and trainings and serves engaged and additive member of the team
- Contributes to team and departmental growth through increased agent contracting and production numbers
- Identifies new target opportunities and consults with sales leadership to plan recruitment and growth strategy
- Works with internal departments such as contracting, reporting, and marketing to best support agents and agencies
- Addresses agent concerns and answers questions
- Works with departmental leadership to set and prioritize goals, develop and grow communication skills, and apply mentorship and feedback to enhance new and existing business relationships
- Meets or exceeds sales metrices and key performance indicators
