Warranty Claims Representative (WCR)
We are currently seeking a Warranty Claims Representative to join our team of skilled professionals in our Warranty Services Department based in Kankakee, IL, this position reports to the Warranty Claims Manager (U.S.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering warranty related inquiries via telephone and written correspondence
- Open warranty claim boxes
- Enter warranty claims into internal claim system
- Evaluate and make recommendations to the Warranty Claims Manager regarding payment or declination of warranty claims
- Process extended limited warranty applications
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Interact with internal departments
- Develop a familiarity with all residential roofing products
- Other duties as assigned
- Two years of providing exceptional customer service via telephone and in written correspondence
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail
- Possess superior team work and organizational skills
- MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
- Word processing skills of at least 25 wpm
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.
- Salesforce experience preferred
- You must pass the pre-employment test.
- Warranty Claims: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service 2 years (Preferred)

Monday-Friday 8am-4:430pm
