Job Summary
To assist managers and Cold Production Captain with the ordering/receiving/inventory of all food and supplies as well as constant upkeep of all storage areas according to the detailed lists for storage. In addition, this employee is responsible for the Dish Area. Proper cleaning and storage of all items used in the production of meals. This includes maintaining orderly environment, assisting staff with items and routine cleaning and maintenance.

This includes maintaining orderly environment, assisting staff with items and routine cleaning and maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Stock & Receiving Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all items are put away according to proper food storage safety standards.
- Maintaining par levels on all food/supply items while working closely with FSM and other team members.
- Maintaining the needed standards of cleanliness and organization of all storage space.
- Assists with monthly inventory
- Motivate and encourage other team members.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Continuously communicate with managers, CPC and team members to improve daily flow.
- All other tasks as delegated by management.
- Pot and pan washing according to procedures
- Operating the dish machine according to procedure
- Properly recording temperatures daily of dish machine
- Properly check chemicals so they are in compliance with the Health Department
- Storing all utensils, cooking items, etc. in proper places
- Report any facility or equipment problems
- Perform all cleaning duties as required
- Break down boxes and empty garbage as needed
- Attend meetings, trainings, and serve on committees
- Participate in fundraising events
- Work with Management on regular preventative maintenance for kitchen equipment, i.e. Delime dish machine, steamer, water filters, ice machine, etc.
- Maintain and keep Chemical Closet stocked, organized and orderly
- Assist in other positions if needed throughout the day
- Assist with packing of supplies, special events if needed
- All other duties as assigned
Salary : $12 - $14
